We are able to accommodate 250 guest including bridal party.

Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, there is a non-refundable 25% deposit due at the signing of the contract with the remaining due 90 day before your event. You may make smaller payments up to the 90 days to create your own payment plan.

Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?

Is there a guest count minimum?
No
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Woodbridge Event Barn is located between Bridgeport and Frankenmuth. There are hotels and restaurants located within 5 miles of our venue.

How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?
85

Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc?
No

What happens in case of rain?
If your wedding is scheduled to be performed outside and it rains we can move you into our beautiful mezzanine area to have your wedding. We will have a plan prior to day of for smooth transition and set up.

Does the price change if we have our ceremony off-site from Woodbridge Event Barn?
Price remains the same no matter were the ceremony is located.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?
Yes, at the ceremony. Refer to contract or speak with your assigned team member for further information.

What form of payment does Woodbridge accept?
Check or Card (3% fee added onto the total for cards)

My preferred dates are unavailable. Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
No, but if a cancellation happens, we will add the date back to our calendar so please check availability often.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
Please refer to your contract for times of your event.

Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"
No, but we will have a team member on site to lend a helping hand if needed and also help direct venders and answer any questions.
What are our catering options at Woodbridge Event Barn?
We allow you to pick your caterer to help you fit the wedding of your dreams into your budget.

Can we have fireworks on the property?
No, fireworks are not allowed on the property.
​
Can vehicles be left overnight?
No, please let your guest no that all vehicles must leave the property the night of the event.

What time does the music need to end?
Music needs to end at 10:00.

We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
All items need to be delivered the day of the event

Are candles allowed?
No open flame allowed onsite.
​
How far in advance do you need our final headcount?
3 weeks.

What is the event clean-up process?
Before leaving at the end of your event, there will be a check list of items that need to be completed.

Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers or lanterns from the beams?
No nails are allowed, please check with a team member if you are looking to hang items.
