What is the building capacity?
We are able to accommodate 250 guests.

What dates are available?
Woodbridge Event Barn is a season venue open from
May to October yech year. Please click HERE to
see our availability.

How do I reserve a date?
Reserving a date can be done by contacting Woodbridge Event Barn by phone (989) 208-8100 or by email info@woodbridgebarn.com after reviewing available dates HERE. From there a contract will be drafter up and sent electronically. Once contract is signed, your deposit is due.

Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, there is a non-refundable 25% deposit due at the signing of the contract with the remaining due 90 day before your event. You may make smaller payments up to the 90 days to create your own payment plan.

Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?
Our tours are designed to answer all your questions before you ask them, so we ask that you schedule a tour to ensure you get all the information you need. Tours can be scheduled HERE or by emailing us at: info@woodbridgebarn.com. ​**Our office is not located at Woodbridge Event Barn, so scheduling your tour by the above methods is the best method.

Is there a guest count minimum?
No.
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Woodbridge Event Barn is located between Bridgeport and
Frankenmuth, with Birch Run right down the road as well.
There are hotels and restaurants located within 10 miles of
our venue.

How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?
93 (More parking being added over winter/spring 2026).

Does Woodbridge provide table linens?
Yes, included in your rental will be basic polyester table linens. We have a catalog that you can choose from an array of colors. **If another vendor includes linens, our pricing does not change if you choose to use theirs over ours. ​

What happens in case of rain?
Prior to your big day, we will have a vetted 'Plan B' if you day has any outdoor events. If it rains, we will say 'switching to plan b' and you will know exactly what that is and looks like. This allows for a smooth transition and less stress as you get ready.

Does the price change if we have our ceremony off-site from Woodbridge Event Barn?
Price remains the same no matter were the ceremony is located.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?
Yes, dogs are able to be a part of your BIG day during ceremony and pictures. **More details upon booking in contract.

What form of payment does Woodbridge accept?
Woodbridge Event Barn accepts the below payment types (processing fees listed)
- Debit/Credit Card: 3% Processing Fee
- ACH: 3% up to $15.00
- Check/Cash: No Fee

My preferred dates are unavailable. Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
Woodbridge does not have a waiting list. If a cancellation happens, we will add the date back to our calendar so please check AVAILABILITY often.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
Single day rentals will have access to the barn as early as 7AM to start decorating. All tables, chairs, and linens will be set to the approved layout. Any decor being borrowed will be on a cart and ready for you and your group to decorate. Approximate time to set tables would be 2 hours or less. **Woodbridge is there to be helping hands, but you will need to appoint a person/group to head this aspect.

Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"
No, at this time, Woodbridge Event Barn does not have a wedding or day of coordinator. Our staff are Venue Coordinators making sure everything venue wise
is set for you and your vendors.

What are catering options at Woodbridge Event Barn?
We allow you to pick your caterer to help you fit the
wedding of your dreams into your budget. Woodbridge has a
prep area, but caters need to come with food prepared and
ready to serve. **Woodbridge does not provide items needed for
buffet line. i.e. chaffing dishes, pans, serving utensils, aluminum
foil, gloves, etc.

Can we have fireworks on the property?
Fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Can vehicles be left overnight?
No vehicles are to be left overnight. Subject to towing
because of events the following day.

What time does the music & alcohol need to end?
Music & alcohol need to end at 10:30 PM.

We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
All items need to be delivered the day of the event unless otherwise discussed and plan with your Woodbridge team member.

Are candles allowed?
No flame is allowed at Woodbridge Event Barn. We do have many LED options.
​
How far in advance do you need our final headcount?
We ask to have a final headcount 3 weeks prior to your date to finalize table chart and order linens.

What is the event clean-up process?
Before leaving at the end of your event, there will be a check list of items that need to be completed. Mainly taking any and all things that belong to you with you, sweeping up any large messes, helping put chairs on tables and taking trash out.

Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers or lanterns from the beams?
If you are looking to hang something, please get with your Woodbridge team member to discuss your vision. We will work with you the best we can to accomplish that vision.
