Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, there is a non-refundable 25% deposit due at the signing of the contract with the remaining due 90 day before your event. You may make smaller payments up to the 90 days to create your own payment plan.

Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?
Our tours are designed to answer all your questions before you ask them, so we ask that you schedule a tour to ensure you get all the information you need. Tours can be scheduled HERE or by emailing us at: info@woodbridgebarn.com​

Is there a guest count minimum?
No
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Woodbridge Event Barn is located between Bridgeport and Frankenmuth, with Birch Run right down the road as well. There are hotels and restaurants located within 10 miles of our venue.

How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?
93

Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc.?
No, we do not provide these items.

What happens in case of rain?
Prior to your big day, we will have a well vetted 'Plan B' if you day has any outdoor events. If it rains, we will say 'switching to plan b' and you will know exactly what that is and looks like. This allows for a smooth transition and less stress as you get ready.

Does the price change if we have our ceremony off-site from Woodbridge Event Barn?
Price remains the same no matter were the ceremony is located.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?
Yes, at the ceremony. Refer to contract or speak with your assigned team member for further information.

What form of payment does Woodbridge accept?
Woodbridge Event Barn accepts the below payment types (processing fees listed)
- Debit/Credit Card: 3% Processing Fee
- ACH: $3.00 Processing Fee
- Check: No Fee

My preferred dates are unavailable. Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
Woodbridge does not have a waiting list. If a cancellation happens, we will add the date back to our calendar so please check AVAILABILITY often.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
Single day rentals will have access to the barn as early as 7AM to start decorating. All tables, chairs and decor being borrowed will be set and out to be put into place. Approximate time to set tables would be 2 hours or less. **Woodbridge is there to be helping hands, but you will need to appoint a person/group to head this aspect.

Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"
No, but we will have a team member on site to lend a helping hand if needed and also help direct venders and answer any questions.
What are our catering options at Woodbridge Event Barn?
We allow you to pick your caterer to help you fit the wedding of your dreams into your budget.

Can we have fireworks on the property?
Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
​
Can vehicles be left overnight?
No vehicles are to be left overnight.

What time does the music need to end?
Music needs to end at 10:00.

We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
All items need to be delivered the day of the event unless otherwise discussed and plan with your Woodbridge team member.

Are candles allowed?
No flame is allowed at Woodbridge Event Barn. We do have many LED options.

How far in advance do you need our final headcount?
We ask to have a final headcount 2 weeks prior to your date to finalize table chart.

What is the event clean-up process?
Before leaving at the end of your event, there will be a check list of items that need to be completed. Mainly taking any and all things that belong to you with you and sweeping up and large messes. **Tables and chairs are not your responsibility.

Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers or lanterns from the beams?
If you are looking to hang something, please get with your Woodbridge team member to discuss your vision. We will work with you the best we can to accomplish that vision.
